Project Overview
Family Fun Resource in Metro Vancouver provides a useful and comprehensive information on family activities & adventures, community, places to visit and current events in greater Vancouver area.
The Challenge
The Events and Places to Visit page needed to be laid out in a way that's easy to read the information. The homepage needed to include various information to attract users to different sections on the website. The Events page's date information needed to be prominent to provide a clear date information.
The Solution
With the thorough userbility testing and many iterations of design, major userbility issues were clearly defined and addressed in the final design.

- Used a clean and simple 3 column layout to provide events and community information.
- Large date icon made it easy to view the event date.
- All content information was laid out using consistent format.
- Used eye catching photo images to draw users' attention.
